Casualties of War: Countless veterans suffer from TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury), PTS (Post Traumatic Stress) & other unimaginable physical, emotional and psychological injuries across a wide spectrum. Many are disabled as a result of such injuries; lose limbs, require prosthetics, wheelchair bound, vision loss, and on and on. Many are haunted by what they've experienced and/or witnessed first hand in combat. This resonates long after the soldier(s) returns home. Our veterans deserve our unwavering appreciation and support for their service and sacrifice; defending our freedoms around the world. Their visible and invisible injuries transform their life redefined with special needs. ThePatFund seeks to make donations to specialized programs that provide needed assistance as the veteran embarks on their journey of healing and adapting to their 'new normal.' It is a measure of hope, help, confidence, support and love. This donation/award may be used in a myriad of ways that includes but isn't limited to lifestyle accommodations, household needs, service pets, work/social/medical and domestic assistance.
